Newbie! - Aruba June 2011

Hi Everyone~

 

My name is Carrie and I got engaged a month ago. I'm so excited to start planning a destination wedding! We'd love to get married in Aruba since we want a Sept. wedding and don't want to worry about hurricanes. We're leaning towards the Renaissance hotel and the private island. I look forward to everyone's advice!

I hear that Aruba is amazing! It's on my list of places I need to go before I die. So I think that's a brilliant compromise with hurricane season!

Welcome, Carrie! I went to Aruba a number of years ago and it was very beautiful. Gorgeous beaches.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum!! Aruba is beautiful and def one of my fav islands! But I think that may be partially due to the drier weather there and my hair doesn't frizz quite as much as some of the other islands, lol. At least you'll have good hair for your wedding
