Neen, how about info regarding tipping?! Some of my guests have asked me if tipping is included. What I suggested was to take as many one dollar bills as possible and leave a few when and if you feel the service was outstanding. When I was there for my site visit, I forgot one dollar bills. I ended up leaving 5's and 10's and pretty soon I was all out of cash. Sooo, I'm telling my guests to bring tons of one's to tip here and there.

And really, I can't think of anything else! You covered it all! And I love the story about how you two met!

I would def. suggest having your guests bring some 1's...even some 5's!!

I have 13,462 posts to catch up on...I've been away for quite some time....but anyways....I can't remember who posted that table set up with the yellow..but I loved it! Wonder if they have it in coral.

Also if anyone is interested somewhere on this site I have pics from my sitevisit back in February.

hello everyone! This is my first time to post anything....so all suggestions are appreciated. I had a few questions:

-did anyone get married in a tulum church besides the tulum chapel? I have over 40 people coming so they can't all fit in the chapel.

-for the ones that did get married in the chapel with a priest, did you get legally married with the judge that same day? how does that work?

Sorry so many answers.

tipping is not included and I regularly tipped (maid service + meals) For the evening meal, we would leave at least 5 $

Hi there...I just want to clarify something. Gratuity actually IS included, but since the resort staff go above and beyond in so many ways, its always nice to throw a couple dollars their way if they provide great service. It also helps to tip early if you're looking for great poolisde/beach service all day long. That said, by no means are you required to tip waiters, maids, etc. At nightly rates of $200+ per person in January I don't want my guests thinking they HAVE to shell out more cash on top of that.
