That attitude is unacceptable, especially given that SHE is the one who is missing the deadline!!!! I don't understand how people can look you in the eye and act like this is normal... I'd make sure that she stays up day/night if she has to in order to finish ALL of your dresses!!!!!! Just one is not what you hired her for! How horribly unprofessional of her. I would report her to BBB as well. This is not something that you want other brides to go through.
