New 2011 Bride to be!

Hi everyone,

I have just started planning my destination wedding.

We are thinking May 2011 in Playa del carmen. Haven't picked a resort yet but we are working with Destinationweddings.com to pick one soon!

Im worried that im already behind, but we wanted a short engagement!

Hopefully i will find some good info here and meet some other soon to be brides!

Congratulations and Welcome! I had a short engagement too. Now I only have 1.5 months to go. The nice thing about a short engagement is you can't second guess every decision, so you get to go with your gut, which always turns out best

Congratulations, picking the resort is the hardest thing but also the most fun because then you get to picture yourself getting married there.
