I actually got my dress off the mannequin at davids bridal if you can believe it! I had it altered and had a black sash sewn into it but thats all! its made by oleg cassani. i was so surprised at the quality of the dresses there when i went. i actually bought two, one for a ceremony i had here and one for the beach ceremony!

Michelle you will have plenty of time, she knows exaclty when the sunset is! you are going to be ridiculously happy with the pictures! Meagan is absolutely right, she is just wonderful and knows how to capture your personality and makes the shoot such a romantic experience for you both. Even my marine husband who has never had to do anythin glike this got into it!

beaches will take ictures regardless ifyou book a package. they arent horrible, we did by 4 prints becasue they got a moment we wanted to keep but they just dont comapre to TI. The TI experience is my favorite part of my trip. if you want to see what the beaches pictures look like, mine are still online... some are pretty awkward...but you will get the idea of what they do....

Thanks Jeri-Lee. I actually spoke with Ileana this morning and she said she strongly recommended keeping the ceremony for 4:00 PM. She said the time would be perfect with the sunset and all. I have total confidence in her advice! I am so excited!

Jeri-Lee, love the idea of a sash/belt. I have the same dress and I was planning to change the back to a corset with hot pink ribbon. Great idea, and I agree, I was shocked with the dresses at DB, very good, esp for the price.

jerri-lee -- I just checked out the Beaches pics and they seem in line with what other Beaches brides have posted - thanks for sharing. They aren't bad, but they definitely aren't the journalistic type photos that we're looking for (when I say they aren't bad, I just mean the pics themselves - you still look fabulous!). If a bride is looking for the standard wedding shots, they are probably fine, but I def want something more creative and that's why I'm happy we are going with TI!!
