Newbie looking for advice/ideas.

Hello,

So glad I found this place!

We are aiming for a fall wedding 2011. I"m hoping for Spring 2011 but not sure if that is feasable. Thinking a destination wedding might work wonderfully for us since we both live so far from family and friends everyone is going to have to travel anyway. right now i'm thinking Mexico, Mayan riviera but am a bit hesitant as we have been there before and perhaps we should go somewhere new?

anyway I love the beach and love the idea of going, having a small intimate wedding dinner/reception, (I don't imagine we woudl get more than 20 people there) and then just lying on the beach and doing some exploring! Perhaps staying one week at one place for the wedding and then heading off to a smaller more exclusive place for jsut the two of us. so much to think about!!!

 

All inclusive sounds great just not sure the big hotels could accomodate such a small group with a private setting...

You could definitely plan a spring wedding in Mexico. Lots of time!

I'm booking this week at Sandos Playacar Beach resort for late April 2011. There's an amazing forum on this site about Sandos. It totally made me happy with my Sandos decision.
