We had a private rehearsal dinner, which was poolside French village and enjoyed it that much we changed our reception to that location as well.

Thanks ladies for all of the great advice!  We are getting married next July and are struggling with which wedding theme to choose.  Is it worth upgrading or best to stick with the beautiful beginnings wedding?

Hi Brides and Brides to be... I am still looking for any sample of of a BEACHES VIDEO of the ceremony?  My 11 year old, fiance and I are due to have a ceremony in January 2011- will be using TI for photos, but need to have the ceremony video by Beaches- wish it was TI, but PLEASE help with a video sample anyone?  Thank you-- love this site.

I'll see if i can get my video online and send it, may take me a bit, did you already get a sample? I just got the raw footage from beaches and i love it, its funny and sweet and romantic and captured everything. it was worth it becasue they mic. the guy and everything can be heard where as my sister also videotaped and we cant hear so well. its worth the 300 unless you want a formal chaptered video.

3) You usually pick the menu 60 days before the wedding so they have time to order everything in (as per TA Jennifer) and yes, we had to pay for a set-up fee to put our favours at each place setting.

4) We didn't have a wedding rehearsal. It's pretty basic and the wedding coordinators instruct you right before the actual ceremony what to do. We did however, have a rehearsal dinner as it was included because we had 10 rooms or more booked. We did it as a welcome/rehearsal dinner so that everyone can get together and have dinner together.
