Hello! My name's Megan and my fiance have been engaged since January of this year. After much stress trying to plan a wedding here at home in VA, we decided on getting married in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, which is one of his favorite places. We haven't set a date yet but are probably shooting for August/Sept of 2011. I was referred to this site by a friend of mine and can't wait for all the helpful info I'll find!!!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your engagement! Your friend did you a huge favor by referring you to this site. It's so helpful for planning a DW esp. in the Dominican Republic. There's a ton of reviews, pictures, and members that are very helpful! Good luck and enjoy your planning!!
