Hi Jessica,

 

My fiancee and I just changed our mind on resorts and we are now strongly leaning toward the Iberostar Bavaro. Oue date is Nov 2011. The reviews for the resort sound great and I am sure our guests will enjoy themselves, but I am finding it difficult to get reviews on actual weddings. Have you been in touch with a coordinator yet? I am hopeing to hear about our options soon...will let you know if I do!

Welcome to the best website ever!!!  You find everything you wanted and more on here!  I am getting married May 30, 2011 at the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana!  Check out the Barcaza for your reception or a rehearsal dinner.  It looks awesome.  We are using it for our reception but not telling our guests until the day of!  Can't wait!!!

Hi Jessica - I am gettin married at the Iberostar Bavaro as well!  Our date is March 15, 2011.  Less than three months away and I'm getting everything finalized.  Lots of planning!  I've found the wedding coordinator, Danisuka, to be extremely helpful and quick to reply to my emails.   We have a 4PM ceremony on the beach and then are doing the dinner/reception in the Steakhouse restaurant.  We've booked Michael Weiler as our photographer.  Happy planning!
