Just to give everyone an update I havent rec'd any response here lately from the bride so I am disputing it with my bank. I appreciate everyones help and advice

I'm so sorry to hear that this hasn't been resolved. Hopefully you can dispute it with your bank, and find some replacements!!

Unable to dispute it with my bank, or paypal and the bride has NOT responded to any messages or emails. I decided to not have chair sashes-instead I am going to put starfish on twine. I hate to do this but she has kinda left me with no option, The bride was ENDLESSLOVE I have tried to message other brides that might have purchased from her, and heard nothing. I would have appreciated her atleast halfing the cost with me if we both really lost out. So heres my disclaimer beware of Endlesslove- she could atleast contact me to clear this up
