Where can I find this dress?! Help!

Hello,

 

I found a dress online that I would like to try on before purchasing it. I'm from Toronto and have called many bridal stores to see if they have a sample of the dress I could try on but no luck. I even called stores within a few hours drive from where I am as well as a few stores in the states (Buffalo, New York). Does anyone know where I can find a sample of this dress to try on?!?!

I too, loved a WToo dress - and had such a hard time finding a sample to try on, that I just gave up on it Sorry!!

Awhile back I had fallen in love with a Private Label by G dress and had the same problem: called around to every store I could think of and no one had it to try on. So frustrating! So I actually called the manufacturer and they were very helpful in locating the closest store to me that they had sent a sample of this dress. They know where they have sent all their sample gowns, and obviously they want to help you find one to try on so you will buy it, right? So my best advice would be to contact someone at the Watters/WTOO head office and see if they can help you track it down. Good luck!

When I was looking for a specific maggie I was told that a sample could be ordered to the bridal store as long as I paid shipping (which was $20) I would call a store that carries Watters and ask if this is an option.

Princess402 - Thanks for your suggestion. I went onto their website for a contact phone number but none is listed!! However, I did call a bridal store to ask if they had a phone number for them but the one they have cannot be released to customers and the sales rep said that she's not able to call on my behalf to ask which stores they have sent a sample dress too....so frustrating!! I just ended up emailing them so hopefully they will get back to me soon!

 

jen_trev - I called a few stores to ask if they are able to order a sample dress for me but none of the stores do that. I'm surprised that you were able to get a sample dress ordered for so cheap! One store told me that they pay almost full price of the dress when ordering it as a sample. Thanks for your suggestion though, it was worth a try!
