I am looking to purchase bulk dried lavender to use as confetti after our ceremony. I am in Toronto. I have found it online but we fly in less than 5 weeks and no one can guarantee shipping within my time frame.

 

Does anyone know where I can get dried lavender in Toronto/southern Ontario? OR anywhere that will ship it in 2-3 weeks?
