MOB dress

Does anyone have advice on a pretty mother of the bride dress? My mom has been searching for a couple of months now but is not happy with what she's found. She wants a short dress (to her knees) in a tropical color (not a normal MOB color, so bland) with the option of a jacket or longer sleeves. My mom has a great figure, petite, and wants to show off her legs, but most of the MOB dresses she's found go all the way to the floor! Or would look funny at a cruise wedding (Carnival Destiny- April 2011!).

 

Anyone with advice?
