Hey there!!

 

My name is Mary! My fiance Brent and I have just decided on our destination wedding venue. Big thanks to all of you who posted all of the wonderful things and pictures about Excellence Playa Mujeres!!! We have been searching endlessly for the perfect spot for us since we got engaged a few weeks ago. We feel so relieved to have found this resort and are looking forward to the big day and the trip in general! We are waiting to hear back to see if our preferred date of April 30th, 2011 is available.

 

For those of you who have been married there, any suggestions and advise would be fabulous!

 

I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you!

Hi Mary,

Congrats!! I just confirmed my 10/31/10 wedding at the EPM today! I suggest you check out this forum: http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...st-here-32897/ -- I read the entire thing and feel so much better about everything, and know what to expect. Overall, it seems like you shouldn't expect a lot of communication prior to the wedding which sounds very frustrating, but once you get there, everything will go perfectly. Everyone comes back and says that their wedding day was beyond amazing and that the months of worrying was a waste of time. I hope to report the same thing!
