Hi Raquel, I only have 30 guests... Maybe that was the cutoff for a private reception? Anyhow, I am planning on either Hot Cakes or Cake Works for my cake. Hot Cakes is cheaper but I like the work of Cake Works. They have a Facebook page where you can see all the cakes they do. Just don't know if I want to pay $100 more for cake... Anyhow, I hear both are reputable. If you want a really elaborate looking cake, I hear Cake Lava is really good but they look expensive. As for flowers, I went with Wendy @ Spinning Web. She has really great work on her website and is reasonable in pricing. I contacted Easley Designs and they were cheaper but I liked Wendy's work more. My first choice was Flower Girls Hawaii but they were booked on my date. Yvonne Design also does AMAZING work but I think she is pretty expensive. SuV expressions I hear is also good but has mixed reviews on communication. I say contact all of them and see who gives you the best deal and who's work you like the best. Everyone has different taste since you are doing just ceremony flowers, keep in mind some of these florists may have minimums. Hope this helps you!
