I'm not really sure how the buyout option works! So far all I have is the PDF that you can download off their website..we are going to talk to Kate when we go down there in 2 weeks!! SO I will hopefully have way more information to share

I'm not sure how the buyout with Havana Blue works, but I'm buying out Herve Restaurant, and there's a minimum that we have to hit for the night and that's it. Food and drink have to add up to that.

What is the minimum you hit at Herve? I know Havana Blue is $10,000 plus a site fee of $2500!

Really?! The minimum at Herve is $6,000 and there's a 20% tax/gratuity on top of that. Everything else is included, no site fee. However, it's $500 per additional hour after 3 hours, but I think that's pretty typical for just about any venue.

Yeah Havana has the 20% tax/gratuity too..seems a lil ridiculous to me! I really don't want to pay the site fee so we will see!
