We're planning on getting hitched on February 15th, our 10 year anniversary. We're in the process of deciding between Roatan, Costa Rica, and Huatulco. We're just trying to find a package that arrives on the Friday or Saturday (opposed to the Tuesday, Feb. 15!) :-)
