Any feedback on Royal Hideaway ?

Hey everyone - i am new to the forum and I think this is the greatest tool to help with the planning ! My fiance and i went on site visits in the Riviera a few weeks ago and we truly fell in love with the Royal Hideaway. (Unfortunately we didn't realize how expensive it would be for our guests ...) We'd love to get feedback from any couple who recently got married there. Any info/pictures etc would be really appreciated ! Also - i'd like to know how have been your dealings with the wedding coordinator who has been Sooooo slow at answering our emails ...

 

Our second choices for now are Secrets Maroma, Excellence Riviera and potentially Grand Velas.

Hi there! I had my heart set on getting married at the Royal Hideaway, but like you, it was just to expensive for our guests to go to. We ended up compromising and got married at at the Valentin Imperial Maya. It's all-inclusive and adults only like the Hideaway, but much more affordable for us.

 

I've done some searching on this forum and have yet to find a bride that was married the the Royal Hideaway. Good luck with your searching and let us know what you determine!

I didn't get married at the Royal Hideaway but I did vacation there, it was amazing!

Only thing is its a smaller hotel with only one pool, great for a vacation but I thought my guests would be too bored there and all over each other. But the service was top notch and the grounds were beautiful.
