This is actually a good point. Same thing with me. I lost a lot of weight, and my ring is now pretty loose -- but we have our wedding bands, and my band when placed on top of the e-ring keeps it from spinning... i know that if/when we get pregnant, i'll gain weight, and after that, there's no guarantee that I'll get this small again. so I am going to wait on resizing mine till after the wedding when I start wearing the band regularly over the e-ring.

So funny you said this my ring was sized.. I lost weight since we got engaged. STRESSED by the wedding plans and got a size taken in and NOW its loose again! We want to get prego right away so I am actually going to now just but a ring guard on it. Everyone tells me I am going to lose at least 5lbs the week of the wedding .. do you think its truehuh.gif

My mom has had the balls on her E-Ring for years - and she was really glad she did that rather than resize bc now, at 66, she has arthritis and her fingers are swollen - if she'd had the ring made smaller she wouldn't be able to wear it.

I've lost about 15lbs since I got my ring and it's definitely looser, but i'm holding out on doing anything permanent till I'm done losing weight. I'd do the balls over resizing unless it looked really ridiculous on my finger. Also remember if you're getting married in a warm climate, and/or you're drinking, you're fingers will swell a bit.
