sending wedding docs to Sandals WC in Miami

We sent ours via USPS Express mail. Didn't have any issues.

I wasn't given a timeline either - the paperwork just needs to be there 60 days prior to the wedding or a late fee will incur.

The issue with Beach Turks and Caicos is that the bride and groom have to provide sworn statements swearing that have never been married and it can not be dated more than 90 days prior to wedding day. I think Turks and Caicos is the only Sandals/Beaches resort that requires that documentation. So that is why other brides are able to send in their documentation so early.

I have sent mine in already too and I recieved a confirmation email. So I don't think it should be an issues. We will be married at SGOR.

We're getting married at SRB and we were able to fax everything to Carol with no problems.

My fiance sent ours certified mail through the USPS.  What I thought was strange was my WC said to photocopy our documents and then have the photocopies notorized and send those.  Did anyone else do that?

Yes, we made copies of everything and then had the copies notarized.  You don't want your originals to be notarized.

We did the same thing - made copies of everthing and had it all notarized -- except for the Affidavit - we printed 2 of them for each of us, signed them and had them notarized instead of making a photocopy.  Then we sent them UPS Certified.
