ROR Vendor fees?

Recommended Posts

You won't need to pay a vendor fee if they are dropping things off.  But if they need to come onto the property to set up things like the huppah, lanterns, lights, etc, you will need to pay a vendors fee.  Tai Flora and Shangri-La (florists) are both contracted by ROR so if you order through them, you will not need to pay a vendors fee.

I had the same thought about the photographer...If you get him/her a day pass as a "guest" can you get around the vendor fee? Has anyone done this? Seems to me that you could argue this point fairly easily, idk? I mean a "guest" can take as many pics as they want, right?
