What are your wedding colors??

Recommended Posts

I am having a TERRIBLE time choosing our wedding colors. My FI doesnt care lol... and i fell in love with this BM dress by Jim Hjelm and the color is "snapdragon" (pink and orange) it is very pretty... it sounds weird, but looks awesome and all of my BM's love it too.. the only thing is the reception site (at home) doesnt have any linens to match and i dnt want to spend extra money on custom linens... so i am thinking of going with a different color scheme... what are your colors? any ideas? I thought od blue, but is it too much with the ocean?

We're doing a peacock blue, green and bronze-brown (peacock theme) - I was concerned about the blue being too much with the ocean too - I love the pink orange colors - esp in beach pictures and I love Jim Hjelm's dresses!! I've been trying to sell my BMs on his. :)

I never thought of red with aqua - but I came across quite a few examples while planning and it works so well together! Great choice! The red will really pop there - you've probably already done this, but if you just google red and aqua, some nice inspiration images come up.

Lilac is my main color and I'm going to infuse pink, dark purples, and cream in there. However, for my boquet and bridesmaid boquets I want alot of color since we are in the carribbean. However, I love it when I see the orange/red/pink/ combos at beach weddings, sooo pretty!

I had pink, orange and brown. They didn't have pink or orange as table linens either so that's where brown came in. The BM dresses were first pink, but then we sold them and got brown ones instead.

This is what the dudes wore.

I loved the pink and orange combo too. Maybe see if they have a tan runner for the tables and you can bring back color with bright votives and flowers.
