I LOVE taco Night!!

not gourmet tacos, but the good old fashioned tacos my dad used to make us with ground beef...YUMMY!!

 

i like to put salsa and chedder in my refried beans to make them extra creamy and yummy...

 

i just had some and they were deliscious!!! woo hoo...for dessert i am going to have a big bowl of cocoa krispy cereal...so bad yet so goood...

 

what is everyone else having for dinner?

It's almost 11pm here, but I had sushi from the local grocery and a bowl of strawberries earlier.

 

I had to run errands, grocery store and was not in the cooking mood.

 

About 10 minutes ago I crunched down some Fritos (con chile y limon) I brought back from Mexico.

I don't usually like Fritos, nor do I eat past 7pm if I can help it... but I love chile and lemon was craving them!

i love chili lime flavored anything...they have these pistachio nuts with that flavoring...sooo addicting...i love hot and sour.

i actually make this mixture of chili poweder, salt, with some lemon lime and dip pineapple or sour plums in it...i thought it was an asian thing because in vietnam they eat pineapples and guavas like that but when i was in mexico they have something similiar.

I like traditional Mexican tacos, with shredded beef (I don't know if that's the right wording) as opposed to ground beef. Soooo good.

so not fair! i LOVE tacos (and well, most anything mexican - i'm the nacho QUEEN!). but sadly, i am eating a bagel w/peanut butter and yogurt for dinner right now. yes, at 10pm.

 

oh, but i am having a glass of wine with it! (eeeww)

jessica, when i say gourmet i meant like "carne asada" or fish...i am having the kind my dad used to make...our first taste of mexican food when we came from vietnam

Mmm tacos sound so good!! I just had some spaghetti and a small salad. Since I don't cook much I make tacos alot because they are so yummy and easy!

I'm having tacos carbon (chicken) and a loco fiesta salad from El Pollo Loco....nothing special. Homemade tacos sound sooooo good to me right now!
