Weight Gain w/ Menstral Cycle

Hi Ladies,

 

Just wondering if you also gain a lil' weight when it's that time of month.

 

I gain like 2-3 lbs. each time. Blah!!! It sucks but after it goes back down.

Yep, I definitely do as well. When I was doing Weight Watchers, I refused to weigh in when AF came...but after I was done, I was always at least 3 or 4 pounds less than the week before. Gotta love water retention! (Or not!)

me too! and when I ordered my dress i had a visit from AF so they measured me. And of course the numbers seemed high and a bit off.

i got so nervous that I went back a week later and there was a few inches difference everywhere!!! so glad I got that corrected.

I do for sure. Sometimes I can't even fit into my pants. Not to mention that I become much fuller in the top area (which really doesn't help since I am already set in that area). It makes me very self conscious, but as you said, it does go away right after! Oh the things we women go through!

definately normal, water retention and your bloated, it sucks!! if you're worried about it happening around your wedding you can always use a diuretic. I would try it the month before just to see if you get any side effects.

Definitely my weight changes, some months up to 5 pounds.

My weight definitely goes up when TOM is here. I am always bloated that entire week. I also get crazy hungry that week so I end up eating more. Then I spend the following week getting my weigh back to where it was! So frustrating only have 2 out of 4 weeks in a month to lose weight!

definately! some months those stretch jeans just don't stretch enough!

Oh ya. I definitely see a difference. I never used to, but as I get older I can tell i'm a little squishier around my period.

I'm with you ladies!! It sucks!! feels very obvious this month! ha!! yes im pmt'd silly today!! haha!
