My friend actually did it. She owns her own salon in MD (outside DC) and she gives the best haircuts in the world.

She's also the person to thank for my make-up

I did actually. I got about 2/3 the retail price but really after all the alterations and the bustle and all that it was about 1/2. I figure that's pretty decent.

But I was completely unwilling to negotiate. I figured any less and I would keep it! I was secretly hoping she'd change her mind and not buy it... but now that it's all said and done I'm glad I sold it! I'm going to take the money and invest it in my IRA - that way it can grow!
