Jamaica Wedding-Need HELP

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have been working with Helen G Events also and it has been great so far. She helped me find a great location for my wedding. She is probably $300 over all the other package prices I received but all the additional services she offers such as the tasting, tablesetting and her timely responses is so worth it. Its really no hassle. I am so happy. She actually listened to what I had to say and I am able to call her on her US number and get her in Jamaica and talk at anytime without it costing me which is a big plus and which has been really helpful.

I also got references before I started working with her and they all had good things to say. She also has a decor only website or service if you only want rentals, flowers and decor and not wedding planning, the website is Helen G Wedding Flowers & Decor :: Home

My cousin is also using her for her Jamaica cruise wedding next year also and it seems to be going well. We have no complaints so far.

Jamaica is a beautiful Island and you have made a great choice.

I would recommend Frank Panaro Photography Does great work but prices are anywhere from $2500 and up for photography only. He is excellent and did my wedding in Jamaica at Couples Swept Away.

Website is www.frankpanarophotography.com

Does alot of weddings in caribbean including Jamaica.

He can also help you with flowers and wedding planning as he knows best on Island.

Good luck.

Sarah

Thats where I plan to get married at! Where did your guest stayed? I wanted my guest to stay at the Moon Dance Cliff but they are too expensive! The RIU is an option but not too keen on it.

Hi All,

thanks for all that information, i am getting married in MAY 2012 in Negril, still looking for the perfect location. i do not want to get married in a resort for many reasons. I will be having about 50-60 guest from all over the world.(USA. ENGLAND, AFRICA)  I am going to do some research on all your information. For those who got married off the resort, what caterers did you use, how was the food? etc. any information will be so helpful. I am on a budget and would love to have a perfect wedding at a low cost.

thanks in advance!!!
