did anyone make a "meet the guests" sheet

I dont know if there is a special name for it.. but did anyone make kind of like a meet the guests sheet that they put in with there welcome bags and letters.. I am thinking of making a sheet that has a picture of everyone and next to the picture has there name and description (ex. MOH, bridesmaid ect.).. if so does anyone have a template.. i keep going to create a sheet but it just looks so plain and boring!

What a great idea! I suggest that you get a digital scrapbooking program. There are tons of ready made sheets that you can print that has room for a photo and journaling/text.

it's such a creative and fun idea!! i've never heard of it either but i [LOVE] it!!

My FI talked about doing this, I am pretty sure I saw it somewhere in the DIY section. He keeps calling it our Face Book.

Do a search for Welcome Books. A few brides have done this either in the book or brochure and have shared their templates on here.

Yup I plan on doing this in out welcome books but I have yet to decide on the layout or put together a template?! Let us know how you get on? I think it's a great idea, especially for those who have never met! I have been to 2 other DW and really wish they had done that for us!
