Mags - The private reception was $800, and for every package you have to pay extra per head, even if it's an ala carte. That price is $20 extra.
My breakdown was
Package $2450 (including 10 people)
Extra Per Head (@ $20 for 60 people) = $1200
Private Rental = $800
Cocktail Hour (@ $12pp for 70 people) = 840

The DJ was $650 for 4 hours. And he was so well worth it!!!!!

Katrina - I asked my WC and she said the hotel had one and I just scheduled to have him from 9:30-10:30. It was a lot simplier than I thought. He wasn't an outside vendor, so it was easy. I would just ask you WC or hotel.

Great review! I'm definitely going to take your advice on the DJ and Florist recommendations, and the cigar roller was a nice touch!

 

What was your timeline for the legal ceremony, chapel ceremomy, cocktail hour, and reception?

It was definitely well worth the money =)

Ceremony - 5:00
Cocktail Hour - 6:00
Reception - 7:00

We were late to the ceremony and lost our judge, so keep in mind they don't think anyone will be late down there, not like the states where the bride is never on time. =)
That threw us off alittle, we started the reception at 7:15 ish.
