Hi Winnie, yes Ileane is shooting my BD Nov. 12th, our wedding Nov. 13th and our TTD Nov. 14th!!! Lol! She'll be sick of me after seeing me 3 days in a row. I am looking forward to it. I haven't seen a shoot of hers that hasn't come out great. You looked awesome! I liked your TTD as well, you in the short dress and your hubby in the shorts.

Thanks for sharing info and pictures! CONGRATS Were getting married July 2011 and haven't picked date yet. Still working things out with Beaches with group rates. what's the contact person for pics? Did you have music, dj for dancing? Is there somewhere on property they hold this?

JanineA - I saw Ileana three days in the row too but time flies so enjoy every moment! We did engagement photos, boudoir and then wedding. I figured i needed to get comfortable infront of the camera first before the boudoir... LOL!

 

Simpson11 - i know we PM'd each other. I bought some photos from Beaches resort photographers during the actual ceremony and then went offsite with Tropical Imaging. We did have music during dinner, but we brought our own ipod and ipod dock. It was loud and powerful enough that everyone could hear it. Even the waitress was dancing and singing to our music! We didn't have a dance floor. We changed after dinner, and went to the club resort for dancing.

 

Turks and Caicos is such an amazing island... we want to go back!

Thanks for your review, Winnie! How did that work with the private reception? Did you wait until you were at the resort to pick the location? What about your rehearsal dinner? How is the menu and location of that determined?

Hi Kendall,

 

Monica emailed three pictures of where we can have our reception - the adult jacuzzi deck, Iguana pool and gazebo lawn. However, we wanted to see it in person before making a decision so we waited until we arrived at T&C to have the walk through before deciding. Once you arrive, you will have your first meeting with the onsite coordinator, they will walk through all your reception location options and you can decide then. They are all very accommodating! Same thing with the rehearsal dinner, we picked out the location during our meeting. For our wedding reception, we chose the jacuzzi deck. It was perfect for 24 people (not too small, not too big), the music can be heard throughout the area and it was by the beach. For the rehearsal dinner, we chose the Iguana pool.

 

The menu of our reception dinner, Monica emailed it in advanced and we decided and paid for the reception 60 days in advance.

 

However, the menu of the rehearsal dinner, we picked it out during our meeting when we arrived there.

 

The wedding coordinators at Beaches T&C are amazing.... they are all very accommodating!

Very Very Helpful- did you have a videoagrapher by chance?  Can you share any of the Beaches photos?  I am really nervous about that.  TI took your pictures at what time?  Thank you so much- awesome!
