Haha well i like to do my best!

 

Seriously I am having major doubts now. I know it's a bit late but I didn´t realise how many people I have to say goodbye to, until I started saying goodbye!!!!!

Haven't even said goodbye to my mum and dad yet! That is gonna be a killer, I´m a wreck, I¨m filling up as I type!!!

I´m just looking at it as an extended holiday in the uk now, and if i don´t like it i can come home to spain, it´s the only way i´m staying sane(ish). I feel like the worst parent in the world, taking Mia out of spanish school where she's happy and she has so much freedom, and plonking her in Sheffield where it's freezing and she doesn´t know anyone her own age.....

Ok this isn´t helping anyone! I'm off to roar for a bit and do a spot of packing!

Hey ladies just wondering what everyone is doing about a photographer? im getting married in June at the sensatori (not long now!!) and have just decided that I defo want a photographer (was going to leave it up to one of the guests.......but have given it a lot of thought and I would be sooo devistated if they didnt come out well so im going to have to find somebody asap! any help, recommendations much appreciated!! x

We are getting married at sensatori in august. We are using Caribe photographers, they are one of the recommended ones so no vendors fee. :-) we are going with the 5hr package. If you go on the lomas weddings site then go on the planning part it will show you all the recommended photographers and their packages. You then book it through your wc, they add it to your detail sheet. Caribe also have a website which shows their style of photos. Hope this helps xx

I am using Claudia Rodreiguez her works looks amazing she has her own website, I've been e-mailing her and she always replies and gives loads of good tips hope this helps x

wow you have all been so busy cant comment on every1s posts id be here all day!!

 

I was just wondering what everyones fiances are wearing? i think ste wants a white light weight suit. with my dad best man etc all the same but with our chosen colour cravat prob turquoise. im not sure about a suit jkt he would only wear it for the ceromony.

Oh Jo good luck hun, feel teary for you. I'm sure it will all be OK and you'll love being back here in the freezing cold weather. Mia will be OK. Kids adapt so easy. Hope it all goes well, keep us updated )

 

We are using an outside photographer and paying a fee for doing so. We went with a company called Adventure. They have some good packages. I actually found them through this site they are the resort photographers for Dreams Riviera Cancun.

 

My FI is wearing a lightweight suit. Trousers and Jacket with white shirt (jacket just for ceremony and pix) His is a light brown colour. BM and FOG are also wearing the same suit )

Oh Jo me three feel  teary for you!!!!  I only live an hour & half away from my mum & dad & cry everytime they or I go home!!!!  Once your here I am sure you will be fine & like you say you can always to back, Mia will adjust, kids always do its us emotional adults that are the blubbering wrecks!xx

 

No snow please....I hate the stuff....want to get in summery mode now!!

 

Well girls great news on the teeth front, my teeth are now a whole 10 shades lighter than they were yesterday, am over the moon!!  They are not perfect & you can still see a bit of the line so am going back in 3 weeks for another lot.  The lady was lovely & said that she doesn't want any payment until we are both 100% happy with the result....I have to eat white foods for a couple of days....so mashed potatoe & wine it is.....lol!!

 

Got some really cute bits for Harrison yesterday & was having a dilemma about what shoes to put him in for ceremony with his lineno trousers but found some really cute espradrilles he looks so cute...will get round to posting pics!!

 

We are using our resort photographer, there work looks great so am really happy............OMG Nicy how many days now honey????  You must be really close as we are only 10 weeks almost!! :)

Yeh 10 weeks for us! It is CRAZY how fast it is coming round. I still dont feel ready and defo not ready to brave the swim suit just yet.... (

Awwww, hun... Good luck with the move :-) Its awful saying goodbye to family and friends.... I moved three years ago away from all my family and friends and it was the hardest thing ive ever had to do :-( You do adapt and thank god for FB and the phone, to be honest FB has been my saviour. I miss my mum and dad so so much.....

As the others have said, kids adapt quite quickly so im sure your will be OK they will prob find it exciting meeting new friends :-)

Great news on the teeth whitening :-) Sounds like they will be perfect by the time you have finished.

We fly off to Mexico 7 weeks today... I cant believe it!!!

Im still poorly, been ill now for 2 weeks, can not shake it off, full of a cold... ache and pains all over.... Get it out of system b4 we go :-) Stephen woke today too with a wee cold... :-( On the upside my lips are slightly better x

Oh no nicy, hope your feeling better soon. There is so much going around at the moment and i've never known illness to linger so long. It's terrible. I hope some hot weather makes us all feel better. My backs still not right but i have a docs appointment on tues to see if he can give me something else for it.

 

I might take a tonic just to try and pick me up a bit.

 

I cn't believe you go in 7weeks....OMG how quick has it come around? Scary how time flies ( We'll all be mrs before we know it though:o) x

Well ladies, I can't believe that I am going to say this but I have had a really nice two days with FMIL.  She came back on Saturday and we had dinner and Wayne went out for a few hours and me and her just chilled, the comments have stopped, she is really interested in the wedding and making helpful suggestions.  Our mums just met for the first time today and we had a lovely Sunday dinner, the atmosphere was nice and comfortable and our mums got on really well, we finalised the guest list with our mums help...she did bring up the cake again but said that she will just bring a little one for me and Wayne as a keepsake which I said was a lovely thought. She is like a completely different person to Thursday.
