Ladies, what progress have you all made in the wedding plans? How many people do you have booked at this point, if any?

We sent out 50 STD postcards and 6 people have tentatively RSVPed at this point. On our wedding wedsite I can see that only 17 out of the 50 people have visited. 

I guess not everyone is as excited as we are, but I'm hoping that they'll come around soon. I made my appointment to order my dream dress this weekend and I am stoked!

Hi Everyone - I too am a June 2011 bride but am getting married in Jamaica. I haven't seen a general or Jamaican June 2011 thread so I'll pop in here periodically. I have a feeling one is out there and I'm just having trouble finding it. I'd hate to start a duplicate thread...

So far in my wedding planning I have booked a resort, our trip, our photog. Sent out STD's in June. Got my dress!! Right now I am trying to start putting together my OOT bags. I am having a hard time trying to decide what to put in them. Still so much to do..:-)

Also so far I have 6 people booked(including fiance and myself)

How is everybody else coming along in planning?

I am also a June 2011 bride.  We are getting married on June 11, 2011 at Aventura Cove Palace.  We have invited about 220 people and we are expecting about 100 to attend.  I am so very excited and so happy to have found this forum!!

As of right now, I have 17 guests booked. We're expecting about 40-60 guests or so. We invited everyone, about 140 total. I too ordered my dress. Waiting for it to come in. I sent out save the dates in September and unfortunately I have to send out notes about a change in date - just a day later. They scheduled a country music concert right next door to my wedding! Luckily for me, the day after time was open and I took it. Currently designing our formal invitations that we'll send out beginning of December. 

 

The only thing left are the small details, like escort cards, table menu and numbers and site visit. It's a great feeling to get stuff done early!!
