it kindof looks like it is fitted to tight. just a smidge loose just at the top where the zipper is would take care of it.

yeah, I'm not sure how much trying to work out is going to help in such a short amount of time. I would do as was suggested and see about loosening it just a bit in that spot. You look gorgeous in your dress either way though!

Agree with the other girls... if that's back fat then mine are huge rolls! LOL. You look amazing in your dress stop stressing first off.

 

If you can find the time the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is amazing. I also drink protein shakes to help speed up the toning process and cut off all carbs after lunch.

ok ladies, thanks to all for your input and reassurance. i think it might be the corset bra underneath the dress causing some of the squishing, so i'll just be sure that it's on the right hooks when i'm getting dressed.

 

thanks for all the suggestions, too, on the excercises to target this area - i'll do my best to fit some of them in!

 

and, most of all, i just have to remember that the day is not about how my wobbly bits look but about the great guy i'm marrying that day! i can't wait!

I honestly think just some shifting or loosening of the dress will do the trick. I don't see any "fat," just maybe the dress positioned weirdly. I wouldn't stress too much about it! You look beautiful!

You might not like this suggestion at all because it involves changing the dress not you but I'm writing it anyway because it could be an idea... release the top of your dress and add spaghetti straps ?

 

If it's the corset bra... try some adhesive bra instead ?
