Thank you TA Jill for the insightful info. So do I have to pay a fee to TA for booking all the guests room/airfare? I just don't know how the whole thing works and how can I find a good trusted TA? My parents are in overseas (Japan) so they have to come all the way from there and does a TA take care of that too and try to find the best rate of airfare etc? I would really appreciate your insights!! Thx:)
