Hi Everyone! I'm sukhi and i feel as though i'm so far behind all of you! I have decided to have my wedding in the mexican riviera or cancun in late december. Ideally, i would like a new years eve wedding but as prices are so expensive then, i'm not sure my guests would attend! So i'm in the process of narrowing down my options.

 

Right now i'm thinking sometime from December 13 to 31 at:

 

The Grand Velas in Mayan R.

or

The Moon Palace Gold and Spa Resort in Cancun.

 

I need to have a venue that's child friendly but it's important that the food and hygiene are really high in standards as well because my mom is illsad.gif

 

Any help would be much appreciated. Really glad i found this site!

Welcome and congrats! Lots of good info on here, in addition to the RM area, you might also want to check out the wedding reviews sub-forum. I'm sure that several people have reviewed Moon Palace and probably Grand Velas. Best of luck with your planning!
