I would like to know if anyone has been married at this location. We are planning to get married there (summer 2011). Your comments would be very helpful and appreciated.

I started this thread a long time ago and was wondering if any new Jade Mountain or Anse Chastanet brides joined this amazing forum!

I feel quite lonely now with this location! :-)

Just heard of Jade Mountain!! It is gorgeous!! Don't feel lonely...I moght want to change my location soon. How good is the wedding coordinator with getting back to you?

Thanks for you input in my other thread (color choice!)  I'm glad you like the resort!

I am very impressed so far with the communication with the resort.  Karolin, the owner, answered all of them quickly. I do not know many resort where the owner is answering your emails!  It's a small boutique hotel so everyone is helping!

 

Just to let you know, Jade Mountain in pretty expensive.  We choose to splurge ourselves in Jade Mountain but our guests are staying just next door, at Anse-Chastanet. (2 boutique hotels in the same resort).  Anse Chastanet is also very unique and may be more expensive than the typical resort but...my guests are thrill to experience something out of the ordinary.

You mentioned changing location...where are you booked?

Thanks for the information! We are booked at Dreams Cancun! Our wedding is far out April 6 2012. I just saw your pictures and fell in love!! It is a beautiful resort! I can't wait to see pics of your wedding!!
