Hi Ladies!

I'm about to book this resort for my upcoming wedding in April 2011. I would like to have my wedding on the beach but I can't seem to find any pictures with CHAIRS!!! Is it very important for me to have a nice decorated ceremony with with covered chairs....and it seems like all wedding that have took place there... all the guest were standing up during the ceremony. Does anyone of you knows if there are options for chairs

gazebo on the beach is to small to set chairs inside and there is no space around. You will have to ask about chairs and wedding on the beach - not in the beach gazebo.

Hi!!

Do you know if it's possible to have a beach wedding with chairs?? I've heard that this resort doesn't allowed chairs on the beach for weddings If you think that's possible, do you know where I could see some pics of the set up on the beach?? I've been looking everywhere and I can't find some...I just saw some from the beach gazebo.

Hey there,

Just wanted to set your mind at ease. We are getting married at the Iberostar Varadero on March 9, 2011 and if you have the ceremony out on the sand your guests will have chairs. This was VERY important to us as well so I made sure to ask Belkis and she assured me that there will be chairs. Hopefully this helps!

Hi Everyone! I was torn about where to have our beach ceremony as we are expecting 60+ people, Belkis recommended the beach gazebo, seems like some chairs can fit in front of it, and the rest of the guests gather around.

 

Anya - would you recommend against the gazebo for that many people?

I just got married there last month, and we got married on the beach gazebo with our guests on white covered chairs on the beach, facing the gazebo - it was perfect! Let me know if you want to see pics, I can send you some so you can see the set up.

Robbiemoe - I would love to see pictures of that set up if you have them. We are getting married there on March 9, 2011 and are pretty much set for a ceremony right down on the sand but I am also sort of interested in the beach gazebo as it will provide some shade from the hot sun.

I'd love to see pictures of the beach gazebo with chairs as well! We haven't looked much into that, but we definitely want a beach wedding, however it works.
