Computers - Internet access

I was wondering if anyone traveling to T&C knows if wi-fi will work with a laptop. I originally didn't want to take it but my grandmother is watching our dogs & we want to check in with her and our cellphones aren't compatible.

Wi fi should work fine with your laptop...some resorts have wi fi in the rooms others have it mainly in lobby areas etc. We use skype to call back home as long distance rates are so expensive. Typing on laptop via wi fi as we speak!
