Welcome! Moon Palace should be great. Yeah, this site can be a bit overwhelming, but that's just cuz there's so much terrific info.

 

Definitely check out the Riviera Maya forum, and you might want to do a search of the wedding reviews--I'm sure that there are a bunch of people who got married at Moon Palace and have lots of thoughts to share. =)
