"My Wish" will be our bridal party dance. "I Melt" and "Bless the Broken Road" will surely make it on the slow song list. I also really like "This Everyday Love" and "Love You Out Loud" for faster songs.

I have to be careful or our reception is going to turn into a Rascal Flatts concert!

I had to give songs to our DJ for our AHR yesterday, and "My Wish" is the one that Kevin and his mom are dancing to! I'd never heard it, but found it on a list of mother/son songs, listened to it, and loved it! Called Kevin and of course since he's a country fan, he knew it and loved it. It was going to be Allison Krauss- When you say nothing at all, until I found My Wish. Our first dance it Better Together- that was playing when we signed our marriage license and got our fingerprints done.

We used the song More by Harry Connick Jr. It was originally done by Frank Sinatra, but his version is much faster than Harry's. We stumbled upon it about a week after we got engaged in 2005, when he was performing at Jazz Fest and he opened with this song.

I was searching for a first dance song as well.. and I came across this one.. the words are beautiful, but im not sure if it is going to be to slow.. what do you guys think? its called me and you, by kenny chesney.. now im not a country fan either, but i fell in love with this song
