Congrats Jodie!

 

I am also a fellow January 2011 bride, actually the day before you on the 10th.  Just wanted to say that we've stayed at the Riu Caribe and loved the resort.  I actually met my FI there 3 years ago while we were both on vacation so we debated about going back there to get married but decided on the Mayan instead.  Hope you have an amazing time!
