The most recommended cigars factory in Punta Cana is Don Lucas Cigar.They have hand made cigar,you can ask at your hotel lobby about for more info:

Where are you getting married? Your wedding coordinator should definitely have information. Be careful buying cigars from the outside "vendors", we got some bad ones last year. Stick to places that are only recommended. Good luck!
