lmuze- definitely sounds like programs are good for your wedding. I'm sure your guests will appreciate the information, as well as, the lovely acknowledgment of your late mother.

Thanks as always for sharing Lucy. This just came in handy I started searching around for programs on the site because I was pondering this question today wether to do one or not. I think I will be doing it myself and buying the card stock at staples. We aren't doing a sand ceremony, or unity candle, or anything like that so the ceremony is pretty straight forward. In fact the script should take only 30 minutes so I was juggling whether it was even necessary.

Love this program!! I printed out a copy and it looks so nice. I am leaning towards not having one but I may use the cover for my welcome booklet.

Since we're having a DW and not getting married in a Church most likely we'l skip the programs. Plus, we only have a MOH and BM and the ceremony should be very short.

I saw someone on here made their program into a fan and they posted the template. It is a great idea. It was just four petals and on each petal they wrote things like who was in the wedding, etc. You could print it on cardstock, hole punch it and tie it with ribbon. It was posted in the DIY forum!

We only have about 14 ppl traveling w/ us, and will not be doing a program. But honestly, I don't think we would do one even if we were having a large at home wedding. When I have received one at a wedding, I either left it on my seat or it was tossed when I got home. And in my opinion, it's only a "time-waster" for guests, as it gives them something to do during parts of the ceremony that are boring for them. I do think they are pretty, and can add to the decor. So if you were doing for that reason, have extra time and money, it can be a nice touch.

I am still recovering from my DIY Save the Dates....So at this point in time. Not going to do them. I really don't feel like the headache. Plus will probably will just be blowing in the wind.

However, I have been know to get overly motivated at like 11PM at night, so who knows what will happen.

I will be doing OOT bags. And I am a detailed List of what to except on the wedding day will be included with the intinerary.
