Hello ladies! Congratulations! I'm getting married 11/11/11 in Los Cabos! Not having my wedding at any of the popular resorts there; everything will be on the beach by the Coral Baja.

Going dress shopping for the first time this afternoon ~  I have no idea what i'm looking for...more of an idea of what I'm not looking for!

Time is flying I am also November 2011 in Montego Bay at the Iberostar. Can't wait!!!

Good luck Angi!  Don't be surprised if you like things you didn't think you would like, I bought a wedding dress this past weekend and a few things I said before I went were:

"Don't bring a mermaid dress near me."  I ended up trying some on that were actually lovely.  One I really loved- it felt very Vintage/Spanish with lots of lace, but my mom gave it the veto.

 

"I will cut you if you try to put me in bling." (joking, of course) and "lets try to avoid strapless"... The dress I ended up choosing has some "bling" and has a strapless sweetheart neckline. HA!

 

I am in love with the dress, it is this super flowy chiffon Marchesa sheath gown that made me cry- I felt like a princess/moviestar, a million bucks. 

 

Have fun at all of your appointments!!!
