Where to get clear bags for beach/hangover kit

Where did people get their clear bags for their beach/hangover kits? I saw some bags at michael's but they were more for candy and way to narrow.

All the thread I saw use the clear treat bags from Michaels's, fold them over, add the label and staple. Are these the ones you have?

I got mine at Stampin up - super cheap and they were the perfect size.

I am using 1 quart zip lock bags since TSA regulations are 3-1-1 I thought it would make it easier on my guests that wanted to check it in their carry-on flying back home and be less worry. I didn't get the zip-lock brand cause those say ziplock on it. I got the target brand which is clear with no markings.
