I know some of these have probably been suggested already, but for the craft stuff try AC Moore or Joann Fabrics, if you can find a Dollar Tree it would be great for OOT bag stuff, Target is always awesome

I'm not a big fan of Burlington for anything other than shoes, but I'm pretty sure they have nice stuff for kids

You could always try Davids Bridal (on Niagara Falls Blvd) for bridal stuff too

 

All of those stores can be found along Niagara Falls Blvd within a few kms of each other!
