Don't worry! I promise you she has everything under control and whatever is still confusing you will fix when you arrive. When I got my contract a few days before we were leaving a bunch of stuff was wrong on there. Locations that had been the same on all previous communication was now wrong, it said we were bringing our own photographer, the kid menu was wrong etc. I just sent her an email with the corrections and confirmed everything else when we got there. I think as brides we think that there is nothing more we can do when we leave the country for Mexico, but there are still a lot of things that you can change or confirm when at the resort. So take a deep breath, everything will be great!

Ana is the sweetest and she has everything under control, it might not feel that way all the time but don't for all future brides; I wouldn't worry.

Do not stress.  Everything will be fine.  I was married there on May 23 and worked with Ana. I was freaking out beforehand as well, because I had not even received a contract from her before we left.  I felt I did about 50% of the planning through email before we left and literally the other 50% was done in the 2 hour meeting with Ana the day after we arrived.  I set the meeting for the day after our arrival so that my parents could attend and also so that we had enough time to walk the resort and look at the different venue locations.  I'm working on my review right now and will post it later today.  If you have any specific questions email me at [email protected], or you could even call me...email first and I'll give you my number.

 

In short, everything turned out sooooooooooooooooooooo great and perfect that my dearest friend (who proposed to his girlfriend while there) will be getting married at Jade next year!  They met with Ana before they left. I think that says a lot.

Girls getting married in November....what time is your ceremony? Ana told me the latest they do is 4pm, but I'm seeing other girls getting married at 5 & 6pm......I'm guessing it's because of the time of year....?
