The Now Riviera Cancun

Hi! Im getting married on April 17th... and right now I have the ceremony scheduled for 530pm, the cocktail at 6pm and the reception at 7pm (ish...) Was also looking for some feedback on timelines for April!

 

Im doing the pergola, the blue beach bar and then I have the bamboo room for the reception. I originally wanted the terrace but accidentally booked the wrong place and now can't change. However - Im thinking the air conditioning after people being outside all day would be welcoming.

 

I have approx 30 people right now coming.

^^ Thanks for the info! I was thinking that I wanted my ceremony to start at 4:00, but now I am think 5:30 would be a great idea because of the heat and that way we would be able to get sunset pictures also. Have you seen any pictures of the festival terrace decorated, I was contemplating that area as well since we have so few guests but I haven't seen it decorated which makes me unsure about it!

Love the pictures, I am currently contemplating the orange lounge for cocktail hour because it seems much more intimate than the blue beach bar. Glad you had a wonderful wedding!

Hi Ladies,

 

I tried to post this yesterday, but no idea where it went. Oh well....I was married at Now Jade on November 4 and it was AMAZING!!!!! Seriously, don't worry one bit....easy for me to say, I know. I rolled my eyes everytime a bride mentioned that on here, so I know how you feel.  I haven't had time to write a review yet, but I will try to get to it in the next day or so. Both of your pictures are beautiful!! I am surprisingly very calm about everything but then again I still have about 6 months to go!! I am, however, getting nervous about customs and declaring items! What exactly do you have to declare? Just gifts?

 

Also, this is probably a dumb question, but does Angel have makeup that he uses or does he ask that you bring your own? I have my own makeup but I just didn't know if I needed to bring it for him for the wedding!
