How can I print graphics on my envelopes?

Help! I want to print my own envelopes for my save the dates. Maybe like a beach motif or something or just a piece of clip art??

 

does anyone know how to do this or what program is best to use?

Michelle, I'm not sure what you mean?? are you using a standard envelope and you want to print something on it or are you trying to make the pockets?

standard envelopes and trying to print on them... i didn't really understand the pockets...

okay, go to word, file, page set up, paper (tab), under paper size scroll down to envelope #10 is the standard size, but you should test it first. If you are not using a standard size, select custom then enter the correct dimensions.

 

then select the margins tab and make sure to change it to landscape, then select ok.

 

to enter an image or clip art, go to insert, picture, then either choose clip art or if you are using a pic you have saved, select from file.

 

If you are using a dingbat font, go insert, text box.

 

then just play with the layout like you did for the passes.

I used word too to print my STD's envelopes

it's super easy!

I played around last night and I didn't like anything...I don't want too muchpicture because I don't know if the post office would like that??

 

does anyone have any pictures of theirs??

Oh heidi...that's cute...so it prints on the back flap?? so that doesn't jam your printer or anything?

 

Did you print anything on the front or did you use colored envelopes?
