ablj: I used a HP photo printer. Since it's used to printing on heavier and glossier (photo) paper, it worked like a charm.

miznunu2010: I was able to print directly on the envelope due to my photo printer. I just moved the printer tray things to the right size to hold the envelope, and it did the rest. However, when I did my invites, I really didn't want to address them by hand, so I got clear sticker paper from staples and printed on that and then stuck them to the envelope. They were almost invisible, and most people never noticed that there was a label. It was a thought for the tears of joy envelopes if the printer wouldn't cooperate. That might be something you want to look into!

YIweddings: I can't take the credit for the tags. I'm not sure whose they were originally, but you can find the template in the DIY forums!
