We are about 85% completed with planning. Here are some of the vendors I have booked/using:

 

1) Wedding coordinator at the Palmilla: Katia Ungar (very helpful)

2) Photography: Juan Carlos Tapia (got him from the recommendations from this forum!)

3) Flowers: Elena Damy

4) Airport Transportation for guests: Transcabo (another recommendation from this forum)

5) DJ: Ricardo Patina (another from this forum)

6) Decor for Ballroom and Wedding Reception: Oxten and Del Cabo Event Design

 

Basically, this forum has saved my life with planning! I hope I haven't forgotten anything....
